does anyone know the syn value of a rice cake? i started the slimming world diet, and cant find it in the book - thank you

Rice cakes are 1.5 syns, that was the syn value in the 2005 directory.

Talk to your Slimming World Consultant... I did that diet but there were so many things I didn't know the syn value of...maybe if you know a similar type of product with similar calories the syn value could be the equivalent...

your slimming world teacher should have given yu the pass word to the online directory which has everything on it.
