well, initially the reason I didn't give more info is because, the people who are actually going know already what is.

It is a prayer-pilgrim festival. The 17th Gwalwa Karmapa Trinley Dorje, the most important Teacher of the Kagyu lineage of the Buddhist tradition, is going to give daily teachings on meditation and empowerments in Bodhagaya, a Holy place where Buddha Sakyamouni reached enlightenment under the Bodhi tree. It is a huge event and thousands of people from all over the world attend every year.
