This female I like and work with shows me all the right body language; so much that all others see it. Yet she only wants to be friends. I like her so much its hard to be close friends like she wants. Is this one of those ones I need to wait on? Who wants to wait?

Hello -- Try to be straight forward with her. Tell how you feel.
I would take her to a favorite place for luch and tell her then.
If you don't tell her she will never know how you feel.

Try ignoring her for a while. Thsi type of girl doesn't like a lap dog. You have to show her that you don't really care (even if you do).
