I was trying to decide what to give my roommate for his wedding present. After seeing this system called iMemoryBook I came up with a great idea. I convinced Derek and Wendy to write "He said...She said" stories about the way they met and the way they got engaged. Then using iMemoryBook's invitation system I sent invitations to all of his family and friends, in Utah, and all of her family and friends, in California. Then I watched the book grow online. I was amazed at how smoothly this book grew with the iMemoryBook system. Over 70 people got online, viewed and contributed to the book. The final book had over 200 photos, 75 entries(memories), and 100+ pages, iMemoryBook helped me create something I wouldn't have even imagined possible.

Find one great picture of the just the two of you, a day you were really happy or one that you remember as being special. Frame it nicely, they even have great frames at the dollar store, higher end ones just about anywhere.
Wrap it nicely, get her a great card and in it you could say something like he may have you now but I had you first, i love you, you will always be my sister.....gawd, I am choking myself up!!!!!
It is not about the money, it really isn't. She will love that more than a plasma t.v. and you will see it proudly displayed in her home. And don't feel bad you didn't do the album thing...prob. his mom has nothing else to do!!!!! good luck, I think she already has a great gift from you, you are her sister.
Marriage isn't always easy, imagine the comfort that will offer her when she sees it on a day when wedded bliss isn't so blissful!!!!

At the rehearsal dinner, take pictures of her and all the bridesmaids. That night, have the girls write letters to her. Go to a drugstore and have the pictures developed and get a nice photo album. Then place the picture, then the letter from the girl. Give it to her the morning of the wedding when you all are getting ready. A bridesmaid did this for me, and I loved it. Unique and she will have it forever.

One of the cutest things I have seen at a wedding is a video slideshow with music and pictures of the bride and groom from birth until now, and then pictures of them together at the end. You could put together a slideshow very easily with Windows Movie Maker. If you have XP you already have the program, now you just need to add pictures, sound, and your creativity. Good luck!

If you an get our hands on some of her childhood items maybe you can make her a quilt. Ever see the movie stepmom with Julia Roberts and Susan Sarandon. She makes a beautiful quilt out of pictures. Go watch it get some ideas you might still have some time.

Ask if you can help contribute to the scrapbook. Make it really special and get some scrapbooking ideas from a local Michaels or a Hobby Lobby... Those places always have good ideas!
