No, Muhammad was never a nazist, and one of the several proves of what I say is that when the Muslims were once going to a war, he told them not to harm women, or kids, or the old people, and not to kill an animal or a plant, and not to kill anyone who surrenders.
Another example is about when he came back to his home town Mekkah with a big army surrounding the city, he escaped from it after 13 years of torture for him and for all who followed him, then when he came with the army, the city leaders gathered around him, he asked them :"what do you think I will do to you?" they said :"you are a generous brother, son of a generous brother", then he said :"then you are all free to go!".
How could this man be a nazist? How could such mercy come out from any man but a prophet? I suggest you be more objective in learning about Islam.
