hi, I would like to answer ur question in this way and I think it would definitely help u out. listen, for teen agers 9 hrs of sleep is a must this is what the medical experts suggest and for an adult 7 hrs of sleep is required. Now if u wish to keepurself mentally and physically fit and fine then u hav to follow the experts advice. and please do not take any pills or any tecniques they may harm u and sideeffects will spoil ur health. and regarding studies if u sleep properly for atleast 6 or 7 hrs then only u will be able to keep ur health and mind healthy and fit. and u can study only if u r physically and mentally fit. so, cut down ur other activities which r not so important and use that time for studies .

The person above is correct. A lot of states are trying to pass laws when drowsy drivers cause accidents. Some states already have laws in place. When people deprive themselves of sleep they have a hard time sleeping when they want to. If you can try going to bed at 9 or 10 pm.

From everything I have learned about sleeping I can tell you that you can make your body do what you want it to, at least to an extent. Your body obays your mind (as corney as it sounds its the truth), if you tell yourself what you are going to do then your body will react. So is what I am saying is that you can put yourself on a rutien, make yourself wake when you want to wake and make yourself sleep when you want to sleep. Once you do this for a few days your body will start to become use to it and you will do it automatically.
I can tell you that once you do this it is going to take a few days to change back to a different way, so expect to be tiered. There is no way proven to actually "make up" sleep, so know the consiquences if you plan on changing your night to night rutien.

Not a good idea. Your mental and physical functions will suffer. Depending on age, humans need 7 to 8 hours a day of sleep to rest. Infants more, IIRC. Also, you don't want to fall asleep if you are driving anywhere, it's a suprisingly common cause of accidents and accidental deaths.
Some people I know who work two jobs use those energy drinks, like Red Bull, Monster, etc. They act a bit flakey, though.
