I was wondering if I need to brine the turkey if i do this recipe.

I love Giada, and I've tried several of her recipes, but not this one, sorry.

I have not. I'm sure its good. Her food generally looks good, if a tad too specifically Italian...
I have not seen her recent turkey presentation inasmuch as I cannot look at her anymore. She has grinned into the camera at me one time too many and now the sight of her sickens me.

Excuse me! I guess I have wounded one of her few remaining fans...
