I had the same problem, i went to a professional hairstylist and she said that you have to massage you scalp for about 5 minutes about 3x a week, Brush your hair softly because brushing your hair hard can cause your hair to fall out. But the most *important* thing is to eat eggs, vegetables, meat and drink milk, this gives your scalp a more longer stronger hold of your hair and keeps your hair from falling out

Try this:
1.Massage the scalp for 10 to 15 minutes after bathing with water. This stimulates the blood circulation and strengthens the hair follicles in the scalp.
2.Massage the scalp and hair with coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel. Leave it for ½ hour, then rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week
3.Massage into the scalp and hair honey with egg yolk. Leave for a 1/2 hour, then rinse.
4.Massage almond oil on scalp 2-3 times a day, daily. This will stop further hair loss.
5.Rinse hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea to help hair grow.
Take care!

Well, my hair is thick but not too thick. I use Pantene Pro V claryfining shampoo. It makes you're hair very shiny and easy to style. If you have permed or colored hair use fructis conditionor. After you use it your hair is smooth and shiny. To get rid of your hair fall problem stay in the sun and makes your hair grow and stay healthy. Also take one a day women's vitamins. I hope my advice works!

It depends on if you have a problem do to it being hereditary. Stress is a #1 factor for most women and Genetics in most men. IF your hair is dry you should use a moisturizer. Don't forget we loose at least 100 or more strands daily. Talk to a professional cosmetologist to find out the reason and see if there is any herb at your local health food store to assist in relieving you of this problem.

I'm sorry but I don't know what "hair fall problem" means. If you mean hair falling out then I'd try adding gelatin to your diet. You can get gelatin tablets or eat much jello. :) I'd go for the gelatin tablets. Good luck! And have a wonderful day!

Avoid stress...that can be one of the reasons for hair fall..or if you wear ponytails and the hair of your forehead if falling off you may be suffering from Traction Alopecia which will disappear after changing your hair style...sometimes It can be permanent...Any way try that or research more about the dfferent types of Alopecia..It can also be genetic...Good luck!

Don't shampoo your hair everyday. It causes the hair to be dry. Use moisturizer as an alternative. Avoid stress.Ü lol hope this one works.
