You trust him. If you can't trust him, you leave him.

You don't know and like everyone else said you just trust him. Something for you to think about he doesn't have to be a long way away to cheat. Sometimes asking is a good ideal but if he tell you, he's not then you may not believe him. This is something some women do to men, but sometimes SOME men do tell the truth. Good luck in whatever you decide to do.

You don't. Long distance relationships are tough but sometimes they work out. My husband and I had a long distance relationship when we were dating and i was really in love with him and i was getting tired of the long distance because i didn't think he was really serious about me and only wanted a fling when he came to town but one night he came to town and i was just getting ready to break it off with him and he got down on one knee and proposed and moved to where i live and we are married and very happy for the last 6 years now.

Thats really hard to know. If you knew them previous to the move then you can tell by certain changes in behavior. If you met them briefly on and off through the long distance relationship it is very hard to tell what is real and what is not. Basically in that situation, follow your gut.

Long distance can work for some people, but there needs to be hope that sooner or later, you all will live closer.

You dont know. If you have questions, and doubts, he probably IS! I have had experience!

You don't. Even if he were living with you, there's no way, 100% to be certain. That is why, IMHO, honesty is SO vitally important in a relationship. Talk with him and ask him to be honest with you.

By stalking him or paying a private investigator to follow him. If you don't or can't trust him why are you with him? If he were in town would you be as suspicious?
