I feed totally raw, but my b*tch doesn't like the offal raw. I just cut it into small pieces and drop it into boiling water for a few minutes. This cooks it enough for her to enjoy it. She is 7 and will never change. When buying offal for raw feed, try and buy organic as livers and kidneys are what filter the toxins from the body, and therefore the less toxins going through it the better. Also heart is muscle meat and not organ meat. Add on - just took a quick look at your other question. It is pretty obvious you would of done a lot of reading about it all, but just want to check that you know the offal wouldn't be more than 10% of actual meal. Freeze pork and then defrost before feeding. I feed pork in either ribs or trotters. I have a friend that feeds the whole head. You just have to take the teeth out.

If you're cooking it for your dog...boil it. If you're cooking your dog's liver then seek help.
