Waxing is better - Lasts longer and the hair thins out the more you wax (Vs. having to deal with razor stubble on your arms!)

Yes, Swimmers shave there arms, they shave there whole bodies. I have shaved my arm hair. I have read online that some people get razor bumps, but I used the intuition razor and I did not get razor bumps. Try it and if you do maybe waxing your arm would be a better option for you, if you can handle pain of waxing, I can not.

I guess in the US it is normal. In Europe you will hardly find any women to shave their arms. The arm-pits: YES!!! But not the arms.

I wouldnt think its normal.... some people do shave their arms though. Definitely swimmers and runners, they shave their entire bodies.
I would definitely consider waxing though, you don't have to put up with embarassing stubble on your arms!
good luck

Very normal. I have been doing it for 11 years. The hair has not grown back thicker at all. I am infamous for my soft, smooth skin by my friends and past boyfriends!
Do it, do it, do it! Worst case scenario...it will grow back. You have nothing to lose. I'm sure you will get addicted.

It depends on your culture. A lot of ppl do it. I'm African American, and most African American women don't shave their arms, but my former bf was Egyptian, and he loved the idea of shaved arms. (that's why he's my former lol)

Depends on how hairy you are. Often, it is not necessary. Depilatories, wax or laser work better on arm hair.
