I have been with someone for 3months and he makes me happy.....ish. But, he is in the army and rarely makes contact with me...partly because he cant and sometimes, i believe, through choice. Recently, I have got to kno another guy and he really is lovely. I have no idea if he feels anywher near how I do, but I really really care for him. I hope this doesn't make me sound evil, but I juts don't know what to do. Please help!!

Don't play the army guy along if you want to move on tell him so. He deserves that much from you.

Break up with the first guy. It is only fair to be honest and up front. You should tell him you don't want to see him anymore. If he asks why tell him the reasons but don't mention the other guy as a reason. (he is only a symptom of the real problem--that being that this relationship is over)
If the other guy likes you or not, it isn't fair to the first. Leave him then try to find out about the other guy. Even if this guy doesn't return your feelings you will be free to find someone who does, and who will be a better match.

Well, make sure that this new guy likes you too. If so, then go with him and dump the other one. 3 months is not a very long time for a relationship and since he is not around anyway, he will be fine - once he comes back he will find someone easily. My answer would be different if you were in a relationship for 3 years.

This usually gets tough. If you are interested in this new guy, you should tell him how you feel. Honesty is the best thing in this situation. As soon as you hear from your BF that is in the army, you need to find out if there is any hope to be together anymore. Tell him that it's really hard on you and that you need to know what is going on.

If anyone is stupid enough to join the army, then they deserve to be dumped, as they put no thought into the relationship.

this all depends on how young you are. if you are 19 you will fall in love every other week.
Maybe you arn't ready to have a boyfriend if you can't stick with one guy

well, it might seem very unfair for the army guy, but if you like the other you should break up with him. you can't be with a person for whom you don't feel anything and it's also beter for him.
