Exactly. The only teacup I know of holds a beverage and is accompanied by a crumpet. Yes, your dog is playing so don`t scold him for that.Too many people "think" there is a problem or unacceptable behavior when none actually exists ..

after a year he shouldn't be teething anymore. he is probably trying to develop his hunting skills. he is at the age now that he is no longer a puppy and his wolf instincts are coming through. yes, even though he is a cute teacup schnauzer he still has wolf instincts. its where his ancestors come from. if there are certain things he is getting that are off limits to him, let him know. take it from his mouth and point at him and in a firm voice say no. i do not think you can teach him not to do this behavior because it is genetically wired into him to be like this. you can help control this behavior by being consistent ,firm, and trying to keep things out of his reach (which i know is very hard to do) the reason why i know these things are because my then six month old pit bull swallowed a sock on christmas eve a couple years ago and got very sick within a few hours. the sock blocked up his intestines and he had to have a very painful and expensive surgery. not only did it cause him pain but we had to wait until the day after christmas for the emergency hospital to open (his regular vet was still closed) hope this helps you.

A schnauzer is basically a hunting/terrier type of dog. Your dog is going through typical 'hunt and kill' behaviour. This is completely instinctive and natural to him. You need to teach him to focus on his own toys and that everything else is out of bounds. You should encourage him whenever he plays with his toys, and use a loud 'NO' and a squirt bottle whenever he does it with anything else. When he gives up an item or drops it then praise like mad and reward with a treat or a game with his own toy.

Your dog's behaviour will also improve if he has more to do and think about. He should be getting walked twice a day. You could also consider getting a Kong toy which can be stuffed with treats for him. This will keep a dog amused for quite a while. Playing with him using his toys will encourage the good habits.

Obedience train him and give him something to do.

The schnauzer was created to hunt and kill vermin on German farms. He is just doing what he was DESIGNED to do.

Spraying him with water, yelling, etc is counter-productive because you are punishing him for doing what generations of schnauzers were created to do.Train him and keep him busy. Keep things up and out of his way until he is a little older and understands what he is allowed to attack and what he is not allowed to attack.

give him lots of toys to play with, play with him yourself, and anything that you don't want hm to chew on, spray with 'no chew' spray. They sell it in pet stores and it only costs a couple bucks. Basically, it's a liquid that has a very bitter taste that dogs don't like.

Hope this helps

bring your pet to an obedient school or look for a trainer with good experience and let the trainer train your dog for a month.
