i know its a big ask, but im going on holiday in mid-janurary and i want to be about 65-69 kg (152). i currently weigh about 182.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

Drink a lot Of water.Water is key when loosing weight.A lot of aerobics.Eat more fruits and vegetables that fatty foods.But Dont starve yourself.

Just do the best you can right now. Exercise walk eat small portions don't forget some fats but not unhealthy ones. Eat peanuts for fat. You can't rush weight loss, at least not if you want to be healthy. The maximum amount that you should loose after the first three weeks is 2 lbs a week.Sometimes you won't lose a thing but gain muscle mass. You will look thinner though it always does not show up on the scale. Just do the best you can. Make sure you have plenty of water intake as well. Good luck.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

What you are asking is to loose roughly 50 pounds in about a month.
What you are asking if you do it will harm your health. Loosing that much weight that fast will put you at risk for gall bladder stones and being hospitalized for starvation. You would have to stop eating entirely and when you started to eat again you will put on more weight then you lost. To loose that much weight that quickly puts your body into starvation mode and then what will happen is that when you start to eat again it will store everything. If you try to loose 20 kg in roughly a month you are going to hurt yourself. Now if you mean by January of 08 then all you would need to do is to change diet and increase exercise and you could do it fine.
Please don't hurt yourself.!.!

if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

2.) drink lots of water

3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep.

STOP YELLING FIRST OF ALL! (lol) Ok theres this program where you can loss body fat. You just clean yourself with this stuff and it relises all the toxens and fat out of your body. Take a look at my profile, someone told me about it in a qustion I asked.

Just do kapalbharti (it is a kind of yoga)it will sure make you fit and fine. you have to just do it only 30 min. in the morning and 30min. at the evening.
