He is a sweetheart & I love him but I don't know if I'm IN love with him anymore (or if I ever was). He adores me & would do anything for me. However, he isn't the brightest bulb in the package & it's difficult when I find myself wanting to have an intellectual conversation. I'm tired of having to teach him how to be in a relationship & how to be a member of society, he is oblivious to things around him, doesn't have any of the same interests as me except for maybe one or two small ones, & has no short or even long term goals. He's caused me alot of problems since we started dating & although we have great chemistry & I consider him one of my best friends, I just don't see a future with him as anything but a best friend. The problem is that we live together & if we broke up he'd still need to live with me for personal reasons. What do I do??? I never wanted a relationship in the first place but this guy is so nice that I just fell into it with him & sometimes now I feel like I'm stuck!

If you're seeking a break up, in my opinion you have to do it now. The sooner the better. Don't let anymore time to pass because later on it will be much more difficult to stop and you will hurt this guy much more, even though you are doing the best for you and for him. This is a forced relationship and you will never be happy with him, even though he does everything for you because as you said you never wanted a relationship with this guy.

whats the problem? many women will say how fortunate you are. its just too good to be true? You cant always find relationship according to your rules. Youre breaking the Law of Love. Get real if you want to call it quits. But then, evaluate your feelings. you might have passed the period of being in cloud nine. You are now in stages no 2. back in reality. before love is blind and now you can see which one and which isnt. Be fair. communicate.

just talk to him is not fair to him if you dont feel the same way as he does tell him that you dont see a future with him and that you think you'll be better of as just friends
He should know how you feel cuz maybe he thinks everything is fine when it isnt and that is not right, is not fair to him you should talk to him, and you guys should do like in the movie "the break up"
just live together till he can get a new apartment if you ant do that then just tell him to go to a friends house or family

You told us, now tell him. It's too bad and a shame but, I understand. You seem to think your suffocating and want out so...? I think it would be better for him. Down the line you may end up cheating on him and making life miserable for him. Give him a break and let him find someone more equal to his own demeanor. At least your honest about it.

You are the only one who has to decide. If you want to keep him you keep him, if you want to leave you leave him. Why you want him and want him out of your life, why are you confusing yourself, either you wnat him or not! So choose, dont play with him!
