Depends on the circumstances in his life. The accident and the broken legs could totally redirect his life to a very profitable life in Christ. Often times we must wait and see the long terms effects of a particular event in order to determine if it is a miracle or not. God is in control of all events. Our attitude toward a particular event and how we react to it can often determine whether it will be a miracle or not. If God intends this accident to be a miracle and the subject reacts to it in a way that is contrary to what God intends, then what could of been a miracle ends up as a tragedy.

Anything can count as a miracle as long as you like to interpret it.
It would be ironically stupid if the person fails in life and can't get a job because of his injury, hence ending up suffering more than he should.
Then again, it would be called free will, isn't it?
Just that it isn't his will to get break both of his legs. He could have caused the accident, but he never wanted to lose his legs.

I fail to see any evidence of the miraculous in this, but there are certainly a number of human factors that have determined this outcome i.e, speed and direction of the vehicle/vehicles involved, the angle of collision and even the make of vehicle, these and others would play an important part in this tragedy.
a miracle is defined as the power of God intervening in human history that cannot be explained or duplicated in nature.
I pray that the dead person may be with God now and His poor family can find some relief from their pain.

Yes to this being one of God' miracles, Because if he was born again before the Lord took him, he is not dead, but lives with Him in Heaven.. Praise the Lord. No to a miracle being a bad thing.

The word miracle, derived from the old Latin word miraculum meaning 'something wonderful', is a striking interposition of divine intervention by God in the universe by which the ordinary course and operation of Nature is overruled, suspended, or modified
So unless you would call your friend's accident "something wonderful" I probably wouldn't call it a miracle....

You call that a miracle, for me that is accident. Miracle is something wonderful, like he can walk not the other way around.

Maybe it was a miracle that saved his life or the life of someone else. Maybe if he had went further he would have met in a more deadly accident. When we get to heaven if that is your wish, we will see all these things revealed to us and more.

The miracle is, no matter how major or minor the crash, the person isn't dead.
