I think they would be amazed that it has survived this long and they would appreciate the fact that the democratic process, though hampered, is still working. Unfortunately we haven't done this and the changes we've seen are moving away from personal rights and toward corporate rights. How can a corporation posses person-hood? Fortunately the mechanisms are still in place to keep America free but if we're not careful those freedoms will be taken away, not from a foreign power but from within. That's the biggest warning the Founding Fathers gave us.
