My wife has already filed a petition for our family for a green card. How long would it take for us her family to be issued also green card?

It is much faster if she is a citizen, as a resident alien it takes about 5 years or more depending on visa availability and background checks etc. Children have to be younger than 18, when they turn 18 they go into a different category, and this can take 10 years or more depending on visa availability. Your wife will have to wait three or four years for a green card because you have only a green card yourself and are not a US citizen. Your nationalities have nothing to do with the waiting time for spousal green cards.
