My wife has already filed a petition for our family for a green card. How long would it take for us her family to be issued also green card?

It is much faster if she is a citizen, as a resident alien it takes about 5 years or more depending on visa availability and background checks etc. Children have to be younger than 18, when they turn 18 they go into a different category, and this can take 10 years or more depending on visa availability. Some categories of alien residents are inadmissible. you should check the ins site for regulations, forms, fees and processing times.http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis

Your wife will have to wait three or four years for a green card because you have only a green card yourself and are not a US citizen. Your nationalities have nothing to do with the waiting time for spousal green cards.
