Im getting black stains from my coughs and nasal secretions... does anyone knows why?

That doesn't sound good. Better go to a Dr immediately & get an evaluation.

Oh that terrible BLACK strain! I think it's most commonly due to oppression. Just kidding.
Yes, coughing can cause back strain, chest pain, and stained muscles of the rib cage or diaphram. It's just due to repeated using muscles that you otherwise wouldn't, and will resolve itself once you stop coughing so much.

do you smoke? it could be because of that. not sure go to your doctors.
