Had a car accident on Sunday and I injured my neck, shoulder and back pretty badly. I was waiting at traffic lights for a break in the traffic when this guy just hit me in the rear of my car. I just want to know when and how I can make a claim for my injuries. I have no idea as this has never happened to me before. If anyone can tell me how or had any info, it would be most appreciated.

Number one: Definately see a doctor and keep
all receipts and examination results.
Number two: Get with ur insurance company
and they will take care of any damages to ur
car.
Number 3. Hire a lawyer and take all documents
(medical) and expenses and also include time
off from work because of ur injuries as the
accident was not ur fault; and with that he will
take care of the rest.NOTE: Make sure u have
the accident report with u when you see the
lawyer.

You should contact your insurance company right away. If you have been seen by a doctor make sure you have all of the documentation of your injuries because they will ask for them. If there is anything you don't understand your insurance company should be able to answer any of your questions.

you should immediately contact your insurance company, and be sure to have a doctor examine you, and document your injuries. have you filed a police report?
