The rash is likely due to an allergic reaction to a medication (antibiotic or anesthesia) you received during your surgery. Rash type allergic reactions resolve themselves without any need for treatment. If it becomes uncomfortable, try using a topical cream or ointment like Benydryl. If the rash persists more than a few days, have it seen by a doctor.

please be specific. you should have mentioned the body part involve in your minor operation. anyway, it can be an allergic reaction or if you had an injection in that arm during the procedure, it can be the reaction of your skin to the needle prick.

did you get antibiotics. it is most likely an allergic reaction to that.
