Can anyone make the most random and funniest sentence with a word limit of 25 words?

Make it random like 'My x+sheep= o4/7d is a half-witted monkey that eats raw fish eyes and a scary monster which is fingerlicking good!' MOO!!!

If you intend it to be funny, then it will not be random. If it is perfectly random, than the chances to be just absurd and not at all funny are far greater than the opposite.
