okay i have been riding horses since i was 6. i will be 20 in march that is along time that i have been riding. my b/f wants me to stop riding because i got hurt really bad. i was in the hospital fo r2 weeks i have 4 horses what should i do????? he says that if i keep riding that i want have him i am really stuck help

Compromise darling. He's putting himself in a difficult situation by asking you not to ride and testing the love between you and he because he's scared that you'd get hurt again. I know he sound selfish. But you're selfish too. Everyone's selfish when it comes to matters connected to something/someone they love. Compromise. Maybe you can tell him to ride with you the next time you ride, to put him at ease.

well he shouldnt make you give up something you love. If he feels that way then dump him. hes not worth your time. Yeah he cares and dont want you to get hurt but he cant make you stop riding. You should find someone with the same interests as you. He dont deserve you.

That is asking a lot for you to give up riding!!!! Especially since it has been a part of your life for so long. Tell him you need to give it some serious consideration. Maybe he needs to go!!!! But, it sounds probably like he is just being concerned for you. I hope it works out.

Your bf is probably worried about you getting hurt again. Take him out with the horses and show him that it was just an accident and not to worry about you. Reassure him that you are going to be cautious and careful. If that doesnt help well then you have to figure out what to do.

This is crazy. You should sit with him and explain to him that this is your hobby and that you will be more careful next time and that he does not have to worry so much! Leaving your hobby is not an option. If he likes he can go with you to the training sessions and spend time with you there...it will help him see how much you enjoy it and that its safe!

Tell your boyfriend, thank you for your concern, but I love my horses, and I'm not giving them up! If he has a problem with that or continues to bother you...... move on. You can' t give up your life for a man!!!!
