There could be several reasons for this, but first and foremost could be spyware. Second you can check in the Internet Options is you have blocked the website. Any security Softwares that you installed. Try to ping that website " Go to Start > Run > Type CMD and click ok. Then on the command window type PING www.abc.com(the website that is not opening). If you get an IP address for that website, note that. In the Internet Browser enter that IP address to open. this should work. Also check for security softwares for cookies blocking, Firewalls, ports etc. If all these are normal then website might be down. Share the web address with us, we will check on our end. Thanks.

There can be plenty of reasons for this. Check the Internet security option in ur PC. Go to Tools->Internet Option->Security. The page u are trying to view might be a restricted one as done by the Admin. Or may be ur browser does not support cookies where as the Host is a cookie driven application

you have to use a software program called an internet browser, you also have to be connected to the internet via an isp, oh and you'll need to have the url of the site you want to visit. If they aren't opening then it may be they are blocked, not available, or mispelled

Better have the services of a good computer techinician so that the configurations and the feasibility of modem can be checked and suitable remedies provided.

They are not opening bcaz they are blocked by firewalls.
So plz use www.kproxy.com
OR
www.safehazard.com
you can surf the site which are not opened easily.

some might be blocked for content

you may have it set not to accept scripts etc.
