Are you having a laugh?
Buy one?
We're not all as corrupt as you are right now.
There's a legal process called becoming a British Citizen. You need to sit an exam to become British, and since you said you lived here for 2.5 years, do you not watch the news? The law came into power last year and clearly states that all those who wish to become a citizen need to sit an exam.
But before that time you need to prove you are not going to be a liability to the state, such as disabled (sorry, if i offend anyone here but its true), cannot read English or understand the British culture. Then immigration will check your status and confirm your identity with the country you claim to be from, to make sure you are clean and have no criminal record. Proper process takes about 6 to 9 months at least.
After which you may get accepted and be given a certificate to prove your nationality. Then [!] and only then [!!!] can you attempt to apply for a passport. But you still have to pay for it every 10 years.

Go to social services (if you hae any family, pets, furniture, you might like to bring them along too. Lots of children tend to accelerate the process)
Tell them you want to live here and which area.
They should sort out the rest, the passport, the free house, the money, if you ask really nicely the will even provide free childcare for your kids ...

you can't buy one and it is very difficuly to get one if you're not british. so i dont think there's any chance. Even if you married a british person you wouldn't be entitled. if you were born after 1983 one or both of your parents need to be british to get one.

The only way you can buy one is to actually be guaranteed a legal job here in the UK. If not, and you want to stay here and live off of benefit and welfare, then you're not welcome.
