My divorce is pending and I have savings of 100K in my bank and shares which was earned during our Marriage.

Total 2 years and 6 months of my marriage, my spouse remained with me for about only half of total time. He is not with me by last 9 months.

Can you tell me how many per cent of community peroperty I have to give ?

I am in California State which is community property state.

Depending on your state you may have to give him 50% of everything earned, saved, or bought during the duration of your marriage.

From all the details you have provided it sounds like you will have to give her 50% of the total assets. Normally this is what happens in states where community property is involved. An attorney can really tell you exactly you will have to give her, plus the attorney will have to get his fees.

you have to give him half of everything you earned from the date of marriage to the date of separation. anything after the date of separation is yours.

most times in california community proporty is half.
