Tick off the following list, and you will know why.
Diet - plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables
Exercise - at least an hour per day
Sleep - at least 8 hours oer day withover an hour before midnight
Sunshine - at least an hour per day
Love - time for relationships with close friends and relatives.

If you don't have all of the above, then you have your answer.

Well JJ, I dont know how old u r
Mind switching off once in a while hapens to every one.
If it is 2 frequent then its a matter u may consult a doc. If u r between 15 to 25 or so its ok, unless u get it 2 often
R U a day dreamer? If so again t happens.
Any way dont jump into a conclusion and start consulting a head shrinker It can be a problem by itself
Try meditation sply TM, It helps a lot to stay focussed n cool.
2 say any thing further always specify ur age and phys condition

Ok, bottom line is that it is plain stress. When the brain feels overworked\tense\overpressured the brain looks for a way out.

I normally prescribe various forms of tablets that can overcome this. But as you are doing tests I reccommend that you dont because they all have side effects that make you drowsy.

So therefore, you need to understand that this is just a psycological problem. Just enjoy what your doing, treat it as a game. You want to achieve more than what you think you can.

Do you like video games? Do you switch off when you get towards the end, or do you keep playing?

In other words try and treat it in the same way.

Hope this helps...

If you are loosing focus constantly, I would talk to your doctor. It could be any number of things from not eating well, to not getting enough sleep. You should try to get it resolved before it becomes a more chronic problem and surfaces at other times...like when you are driving! Good luck.

i think you are not reading your subjects with an interest when you just involved and knew the contents very clearly , you automatically resolved this problem tests are not a punishment so as to fear you it is just an opurtunity to prove your educational value so get rid of the fear about your tests and exams when you got no good marks in one test , another test will prove your talent dont' worry ,

went thru that too. its terrible. you must try to know a little of everything that you are studying. then concentrate on a few and try to score on it if it comes out. when reaching a blank move to next question and come back to the earlier ones later. be conscious of the time
