I only have 5 friends im so depressed

sorry that you feel that way. Florida has a lot to do. Disney world, marine land in st Augustine. many shops. it does get cold in the winter months, but no snow. I was brought up in new york, moved to Florida because my late husband had ms and always wanted to live in Florida. I don't care for it either because of hurricanes. Now that he is gone I live in GA. I did live in Florida since 1988 and moved in 2005 to GA. give it time

Stop moping around. Embrace the new environment and make some new friends. There are some of us who would LOVE to be in Florida.

Yes, I hate hot and humid places, too. Try to find a job somewhere else. But in the meantime, you are lucky to have 5 friends, try to make the best out of it. Try water sports or socializing, etc.

Well, you should try and find something fun or interesting to do. You never know what you can find to do. and if you "only" have five friends, you could have them point out a good place to go and go with them- have them introduce you to other people. Just don't think there's no hope.

having 5 friends is lot.
Remember you are not going to happy anywhere unless you are happy somewhere.
It may be florida but something in your life that is making you unhappy.

make more friends
check out some areas / places and get to know others. be careful dont get into trouble or being exploited. take care and good luck.
