As they say, you can pick your friends but you can't pick your relatives.
Friendship bonds are stronger until they break.
Family bonds cannot be permanently broken. They are always there no matter how infrequent the communications or far apart the geographical separation might be.
Friendship bonds usually have a richer present tense in the relationship vs familial bonds which have a stronger future basis due to the past.

I'd say family. Well, at least, it depends on which part of the world you're from. I had many good and best friends, thus far, none could last the test of friendship, if there's such a thing. Now family, they can be such a pain in the ***. They nag and nag and nag but when the chips are down, when it comes to that crucial moments, that time that all you need is someone to be there to hold you when you screwed up your live upside down, they'd appear and rally around you. That moment, regardless of what differences you've had or different of opinions you had, you know that they are there, not because to gloat but they are there, because a brother, a sister, a mother, a father is in pain and they are there, to help one of their own. That is strong to me.

Most times i guess family comes first before freindship, but then again it dependes on the situation of your family there are some families that should not be called a family so i guess you can say in that case friendship is so much more important.

I recommend even in spite of the undeniable fact that NOW issues are distinctive and you're actually not pals doesnt recommend which you weren't in any respect pals. There could desire to have been circumstances whilst it grew to become into extremely worth being that guy or woman's pal good? in case you shut your self off to different new pals, you will on no account have those emotions back...even in spite of the undeniable fact that ... so some distance all the pals i've got ever had...are not any extra pals of mine now, doesnt recommend that the craze has to proceed. perchance most of the pals I make now would be those to final a life time. perchance as you get older and extra mature, the friendships final longer using fact there are much less infantile fights in contact? perchance... do not provide up on pals yet

Honestly I would have to say that I find friends to be more important than family, they are not there to judge you or make you feel inferior they give advice without trying to force you to take it, they look for the best in you and bring it out. There is also a quote that says "your friends are your family that you get to pick"

A big ship can float safely if there are a number of water tight compartments. Similarly man/woman must have such compartments in brain in which he/she can put different relations. Then there is no question who is important; because if any one compartment is damaged the ship will be in danger.

No. One can not generalize this. Any body with who you are close can be a friend, including a family member.

In my life's experience, I have found that my friends have been with me through thick and thin, and my actual relatives have deserted me when times got tough. My friends ARE my family, but my family is not my friend.

honestly i feel like friends matter more to me than family.. for sum reason. family sumtimes isnt there for u the way friends are. i guess it jus depends on ur relationship with family n friends. if u dont feel loved with family then ur most likely to resolve to friends.
