In yahoo messanger i don,t send message to my friend.?

when i send message then this message show:

Phone number 91--------- cannot receive SMS messages at this time.

He use aritel mobile delhi.

Hai,
As i know till now yahoo doesnt support any mobile network to which we can send sms from messenger
