how can i improve my my study skills?

because i had'nt been concentrate in my study since last one year. The mind is distract by another thing like movies, sex etc.

DO study in a quiet room, where you can't be interrupted.
DO try to make a schedule for studying, half an hour to an hour a day is good, and will help your grades immensely.
DO NOT turn on the television, it is a huge distraction.
DO NOT listen to music, with headphones or otherwise, it is just another distraction, unless of course you're listening to Mozart at a low volume, the mozart effect is cool.

Thinking about sex? You're probably young and just hit puberty, try and focus is all I can really say.

While u study u should have pen or pencil and note
study slowly, and note the important points

take rest for a while and againg cont..........
this become easy to u refer ur note when any exam is there in fornt it is easy to go through
