Look someone has misinformed you. Lets say you owe a creditor $1,000 and you have paid $100 and you put that in the descripiton, by law you are still in debt to the creditor for the balance. You try to pull this stunt and this creditor can make your life hard. Your credit will be ruined and it will be very hard for you to buy anything. Do not try this, it will not even work.
