I have a friend that has started a custom, just to make Christmas day a bit different.. They bake a birthday cake for Jesus and all gather round and sing Happy birthday, play birthday games, etc... (They get toys from Santa on xmas eve)

Church, call family and friends, take pictures, talk of memories, play games, have a nice meal, toast the family members who can't be there, toast those who have gone before.
