So whats the problem ??? Its the same as any other cheque - The Irish National Bank has branches in the UK same as The royal bank Of Scotland - its just another bank xx

If the cheque is made out in pounds/pence then just bank it in your local bank.
However if its not made out in Pounds then still
take the cheque to your local bank and show it to them.
They will then advise on course of action for you to take.

Not too sure what the issue is. I'm Irish. The banks are all over. Just find a branch and have it cashed or whatever. No biggy.

What kind of cheque is it. Is it a cheque made out in euros or a bankers draft? What bank is it from?

If you got it in an email on you winning a lottery that you didn't enter like I did. I'll bet its a scam. I have interpol checking on it at this time.
