Not to be nasty but I been having this farting porblem all weekend and it really smells bad like worst them normally
And today I have school and I dont want to fart at school or anything so i want to release everything now while im at home
Do anyone know maybe any exercises or streches i can do to release fart??

Take a medication like Beano or Gas X, to help relieve the pain, you can even get them in strips that melt in your mouth now to be discreet. Good Luck!

Get some Beano & that should fix it. Don't know of any exercises that will help with that.

No way..there is nothing u can do with it....use tampoons or pads..its better..Dont worry its natural and normal....Well other wont notice u even at that periods..
