You can't, without his password. However, what you can do is set some limits:

To specify Web sites that others can always or never see

In Control Panel, open Internet Options.
On the Content tab, under Content Advisor, click Enable.
If you've already enabled Content Advisor, click Settings, and then type the supervisor password.

Click the Approved Sites tab, type the Internet address (URL) of a Web site, and then choose whether you want others to always or never have access to this site. Repeat this process for each Web site that you want to set access for.

What Jen-ee-fur said is true - if your son is computer savvy, he can change the settings once he gets access to the computer. You have some choices here - restrict his access to the computer; monitor his access to the computer; remove his access to the computer.

it has to be done within the account itself, so you cant

if your son is under a certain age, then others wont be able to see his profile unless they are added to his friends list...

if you are concerned for your son's safety, you could get a parental block for certain websites (like myspace).. but if he is computer savvy he could probably just get around it
