Since you know you have a fractured vertebra, I'm going to assume you've already been checked out by a Dr.
Your problems are most likely being caused by more than just c5 being unhappy. But with an impact strong enough to fracture a vertebra, there's a good chance that most of the vertebra in your cervical column are somewhat out of place.
Seek a CranioSacral Therapist in your area.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Try some meditation. Relax your body, take some deep breathes, then concentrate on relaxing the areas of pain.
