For example, can you describe green without saying tree or grass; can you describe blue without mentioning the sky?

The only one I can think of is red, which is a hot colour.

The reason I ask is, since there is no way to prove whether or not we are looking at the same colour (e.g. what you perceive as a green tree, I might see as a yellow tree, but I recognise your yellow as my green), we can not agree on one of the most basic principles of life. If we can't even agree what colour a tree is, how can we agree on anything?

In a experience i think we see the reviews we've from the view element of i. The journey is extra yet in attempting to outline the adventure we've a tendency to restriction it to what all of us comprehend ( through definition). we ought to say that we 'experience' ... which may be defined through an emotion connected to a label that 'proper matches' the feeling no count number how loosely. when we communicate or pay interest to three one which first language isn't our personal, then we comprehend extra valuable the quote you've given. some ought to ask "how do you assert?" as they seek for for the right understand language to proper fit the picture they want to captivate us with..... If we each examine a similar passage, the picture we get from the words we examine is determined by our scope and journey and could no longer be a similar. no count number how properly it really is written. further: basically as an after idea. I kinda concentrated on language interior the experience of words that we are saying and evidently imagine. that's how we communicate with ourselves, no longer though, solely. absolutely there are countless sorts of language and we may be able to outline ourselves to boot to words and concepts through demeanor, behaviour and how we paintings jointly with the international. each one of those verbal substitute are all inspired through how we see and experience about ourselves........ they're all suitable for sure, from the words and concepts we use we get how we experience, and how we behave stems from how we experience.

Bee's see in a different colour range to us, they see in Red, Blue and Ultraviolet.

It is almost impossible to have a sensible conversation with bee's about colours...they just don't see things the same as us
and they can't talk.

BTW...the colour brown smells of nasty, does that help at all?

Of course. For instance pale yellow:

It's soft, and it's nutral and can be used in so many places. It's got a very non-vibrant feel to it. It's used to decorate most of the time.

Here goes:

-Depressing, dull, boring and miserable colour.

Did you guess it?? Grey!

-Happy, bright, smiley colour.

Yellow.

-Sad and cold.

Blue

Some can be done, I think, but others can't, mainly by describing the clolours through emotions instead of objects.

;-)
