Is Infosys a good place to work really?

I have heard that the Managers are not happy, there is a lot of employee/manager turnover, HR Managers are not of high caliber, pay is not very good compared to similar companies. I am not asking this to malign the company but I am seeking some honest answers. We all know that the Top management is the most respected in India. I want an insider view - from the employee point of view.

The ambience is absolutely good, the pay is good, working hours are good: what else do you look for when you decide if the job is good, you have to adjust a bit wherever you go: so, I'd say infosys is good!
