i need to reset an image, how?

Question

i have an image from a wallpaper place, the size is perfect down to the dot on size, ironically, the same as the PSP, and its making me think that it was made for the PSP only, so if anyone knows how to convert a PSP wallpaper to a .BMP file or .JPG file, let me know, because i have some nice ones, adobe photoshop wont read it, MS paint either, i cant fund any thing that will play it, so any sugestions are welcome, also, i dont have a PSP. images are found here

select 480 by 272 size and see of you cant convert it, if so, let me know how, its for my archos AV500 PVR player
