I have heard this from many clients about software and the websites that they visit... "don't change the navigation". Many don't like the new Internet Explorer 7. Going back, many did not like to leave the old Netscape Navigator 4.7, even though many websites could no longer be displayed. They reluctantly moved on to Internet Explorer. In recent years, with the increase in SpyWare and Adware, these same people did not want to leave their infected IE to get into using FireFox. So change is accepted reluctantly.
So a good web design should be developed around a standard location of buttons. Change the graphics, but don't MOVE those buttons and links. Develop the website with all ideas in mind to assist the visitor toward contact, download, information updates and simple one or two click navigation. Make it accessible.
Good luck and Happy Computing!

Sometimes it can turn out better and sometimes worse. It is sort of like when they move things around in a grocery store isn't it? Though it may turn out better in the end you are like OK, where did THAT go? It can be frustrating if all you are looking for is the Tylenol download and cannot find it.

No,I Dont. When you get used to seeing a page as it is,before they change it,you already kinda know where to go.When they change it,then you really dont know where to go,and then you have to either ask someone or look for something spacific that your looking for to redirect yourself. So No.
