U have two chipest option to record only Audio from ur TV
1. Simply use a good quality MIC to record voice from TV. But it will also record disturbance around it.
2. Simply use a parallel cable, which have same connector on both side, and have shape of connector just like PC speaker output connector. It is easily available in the market at just Rs. 10/- cost. Or u may already have simply check ur speaker cable connected to the PC. If it have same connector on both side then it will work.
Procedure :
Simply incert one connector in the Audio in Jack of ur PC motherboard, and the other in the Audio out Jack of ur TV.
And start recording by using any audio recording software.
ur TV should have an Audio output Jack in the front or rear of cabinet.

RCA audio via RCA cable from your tv to your mic or audio aux input on your computer. If your tv does not have audio RCA outs and only a coaxial cable out, then you will need to go to a tv store or Radio Shack to get a module that can give your tv RCA audio connections. Once you have hooked this all up, you can use various programs on your computer to record audio to include the simple Windows recorder. Make sure you double click your volume icon (lower left) so you can adjust your volume and recording settings (go to Options and select Properties) then select "Recording" and click "Ok"

You have TV tuner cards to do thats stuff for u. With that u can even see TV on ur comp. But buy a internal TV tunner card with it u can even record the vidoes and stuff..

you can do it tru the microphone or head phone for thet purpose u have to use Music Match software so u can do it try it is sucessful for me
