Why don't you protect yourself and stop sleeping around. Be a mother to your kids and stay on your meds.

I would never be in that mess. Bipolar is not an excuse to cheat. You know that better than anyone. You are going to continue on this downward spiral so long as you continue to drag drama in your life. Be totally honest with the 24 year old. After all, he too is having sex with someone else. You should also go get checked out at the doctors for your own piece of mind. Then I would suggest you work on your self esteem. There is no reason why you should degrade yourself by sleeping with all these people. Good luck and GOD bless you.

I wouldn't say it was immature, but it is risky. You may either need new medication or an adjustment on the medication you are currently on. A lot of what you are describing is self-destructive, which I'm sure you know is a symptom of your disorder. You need to talk to your doctor, whomever is treating you for the bipolar disorder and see if perhaps a change in meds is called for. However, do not take yourself off the medications. I know several people who have done that and it is NOT a good thing.

Well, obviously you appear to have overwhelming compulsions. I would suggest that 1) don't have unprotected sex with a relative stranger....a lot of things, not just aids, can be passed around. Things that are bad and will stay with you for a long time if not ever.
Point 2) Don't confess. As odd as that sounds, all a confession is doing is making you feel better (by getting it off your conscious), and making your boyfriend (the instructor) feel worse. Deal with any guilt you have yourself. Don't tell with the idea of getting forgiveness, cause that's just mean. If you tell, it's an act of re-defining the relationship.
Point 3) If you want to stay, then stop with the extra-curricular activities. (I mean all the extras, and I'm talking about friends with benes also). Then you need to either inform boyfriend and be ready to leave, or stop, be silent and stay with boyfriend.
Good luck, I know you are in a tight spot.

Jeeeezzzzz...for one, you need to get back on your meds. Two, you need some psychological help, not just for bipolar disorder. You seem to need someone in your life, and your kids are watching your behaviour. Even if you don't bring them home, children are not stupid, and you are setting them up for much of the same destructive behaviour that you are exhibiting. Another thing: AIDS IS REAL. Unprotected sex can get you dead. And is leaving your children motherless worth it? GET SOME HELP, CHILD!!!

You're bipolar. Stay on your meds. For the 24-year-old, go donate blood. They will automatically test you for AIDS. For your 3 kids, realize they will do what they see, and more. There are counselors at your kids' schools. They are available to you as a parent, as your children are certainly affected by all this, and the counselors are there to help.

Your behavior is like playing a game of sexual russian roulette----put 1 one night stand in that chamber and roll the chamber around and point it to your head----If you're very lucky you won't contract an STD, HIV/AIDS----and if you're luckier you won't pass veneral herpes or veneral warts onto your next sexual conquest!
You're using bi-polar disorder as an excuse----STAY on your meds----BI-POLAR disorder patients needs to be on their meds at all times----if they don't they end up in situations that have compulsive consequences..
You need to get to a clinic today and have yourself tested for HIV/AIDS and STD's ...Have a little self respect for yourself!!!
I sure hope that you were not granted custody of your children...You present risky behavior and shouldnt be allowed to have your children without supervision!

What the h e l l is wrong with you people? I would like to invite all the whining, sniveling, everybody hates me, I'm going to kill myself, my breasts are too small and sagging, socially rejected losers to my private island. Once all of you idiots are on this island, I would do society a huge favor by blowing the f u c k e r up.

Live your own life! Let others live theirs. I can think of absolutely no situation where it is a good idea for anybody to give another instructions on how to live there personal life. We are adults, living in a modern society, we have the right to behave in any manner that is pleasing to us, if your behavior is damaging to someone else, then, perhaps you may consider that persons thoughts or ideas on the matter, otherwise, please find yourself, find your love, your life, your happiness.
