Piranha do not hybridise and usually you can only get two species in the uk.
The black piranha which is the more vicious and the red bellied.
Both usually are only available from direct import from South America and are not usually from captive bred stock.

Like it has been said before, they may be illegal where you are and they don't cross breed.
If you want a big carnivorous fish try an Oscar or other cichlids. make sure you do extensive research on the care of whatever it is you get as they grow large and require a lot of tank space.
and whatever you do don't let the thing go in the wild if it gets too big.

initially: 800$+ in the long-term: 25k$ in vet costs over 5 years of time, 1k$ in ingredients for the time of the 1st 6 months, a stable 2k$ in training costs, yet another 2-3k$ from proceedings simply by undesirable temperament, and then in spite of damages you will prefer on your place simply by that undesirable temperament.

whether you can find one or not depends on where you live, they are illegal in many places, especially in the south, but i believe some really northern states allow them
