Your computer is attempting to load a file that does not exist on your computer. It was part of a program that you deleted (My Search).
First, check to see if the file is being loaded in the startup section of the msconfig utility
Click on the Start Button and select Run
Type in: msconfig
Go to the Startup tab of the window that appears
Look for a line that loads the file and uncheck it
That should keep the error from appearing
Sounds like your registry could using a cleaning
Go to http://download.com and download the free program Ccleaner. It will go through your registry and clean up any other orphaned entries in it. Keep your computer running faster.

sounds like it's a toolbar that's trying to load ... I'd be inclined to run something like Spybot or Adaware ...or the AVG anti-spyware software ... don't be too concerned it won't cause any harm ... but you're better off if you can get rid of it
Good Luck :)
You could also try
1) Click on Start, Settings, Control Panel
2) Double click on Add/Remove Programs
3) Find "My Web Search" in the list of installed programs and click on Change/Remove to uninstall it. You may also want to uninstall any of the following items associated with FunWebProducts.
My Web Search (Smiley Central or FWP product as applicable)
My Way Speedbar (Smiley Central or other FWP as applicable)
My Way Speedbar (AOL and Yahoo Messengers) (beta users only)
My Way Speedbar (Outlook, Outlook Express, and IncrediMail)
Search Assistant - My Way
4) Reboot your Computer

Dont worry about this. It was some spyware for sure. It might be useful to remove the entry trying to run this program at startup but tbqfh cba atm. I'll say it once:
Run: regedit
HKLM -> Software: Microsoft: Windows: Current Version: Run
There you will find the entries calling programs at startup.
Delete the one calling that file. Close regedit, enjoy!
If you get lost or dont know what you doin, then stop and get used to that message.
Cheers

Process name: My Web Search Bar
Product: My Web Search Bar for Internet Explorer, email
clients, and messenger clients or My Web Search Bar
for Internet Explorer and email clients or My Web
Search Bar for Internet Explorer, FireFox, email clients,
and messenger clients
Company: MyWebSearch.com (www.mywebsearch.com)
File: mwsbar.dll
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Although none of these products claim to be spyware, they do slow your computer down. All of the products use cookies to track usage, although they claim not to use cookies or anything else to track personally identifiable information. That being said, I would still recommend uninstalling the toolbar and other Fun Web Products if you feel your computer runs better without them. They are found by most spyware removal tools such as Spybot Search and Destroy, Lavasoft Ad-Aware,although they are deemed spyware safe by Aluria Software who created a Spyware SAFE Certification.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
How Do I Remove My Web Search?
First, uninstall the My Web Search option from Add/Remove Programs
Search Assistant - My Way
4) Reboot your Computer and run HijackThis
5) With HijackThis, scan for and fix any of the entries shown above that may be remaining.
6) Next, open My Computer, Drive C, and double-click on the Program Files folder
7) Right-click and delete the folders for:
FunWebProducts
MyWebSearch
8) MyWebSearch should now be completely uninstalled from your computer.
9) There will be some minor registry entries left behind by the uninstall, however these can be cleaned up by running SpyBot Search and Destroy or Ad-Aware SE or left alone.

sounds like a problem with your home page. i'm assuming from the message that you have your own web-page stored on the machine. it looks like an element from that page is missing and this is what is causing the error...nothing major to worry about

Mwsbar.dll is an IE Browser Helper Object used by adware WeSearch to add an IE toolbar to provide search features, and hijack browser search requests to its controlling servers run by MyWay.
Download "Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition" from
http://www.download.com/3000-2144-10045910.html
and
"Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.4" from
http://www.download.com/Spybot-Search-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10122137.html.
Update their defination files and run them. They will remove this problem.

I wouldn't worry about it. Computers seem to have a mind of their own. You should start worrying when they won't let you turn them off.

No, don't worry. Check your start up menu, you may have deleted something that's attempting to load.
