The qualities of a news are:
1. facts - the news being reported must be real and factual.
2. casting - there must be somebody who is there to air out the news as being reported.
3. report - this includes the journalists who are reporting, the venue of the harpenings, time, and distance.
4. quality - importance of the news, impact and its acceptability.
