You will probably find it extremely difficult to get a list if all Italian owned ships.

It would much easier for you to find a list of Italian registered ships, but because they are registered in Italy, doesnt mean they are Italian owned.

Your best bet is to get in touch with RINA (REGISTRO ITALIANO NAVALE) who are the classification society based in Italy.
