Well... Since I'm not really attractive, I hope it's the personality.
"Personality goes a long way", doesn't it? ;)
I believe having this "special something" in the inside in far more important than just shallow physical good looks. Body is not a everlasting thing, but soul is eternal.

I'm not even interested in a guy until I know he has a good personality (and by that I mean mainly funny and smart, and he can't be a complete jerk). Looks are somewhat important, but I've often found that the guys I like the most and find the most attractive are the ones I wouldn't even have thought of before I knew them. I seem to find guys more/less attractive after I get to know them.

Somebody once told me that there were three forms of beauty: classic good looks; the type of attractiveness which can be dressed up to look stunning even when it is not actual beauty; and beauty of personality, which shines through the face and is attractive to people. If you have that third type of beauty, then it is bound up with your personality, so you actually do have both!
People with that third type of beauty can't know without being told, as you can never capture it by looking in the mirror! It's all about the way in which others perceive you!
Of course, you could be classically beautiful with a radiant personality as well!

Beauty is skin deep.............So is Ugly. A harping fishwife or a Macho bully would be a nightmare to live with so you gotta find a balance. Some very good looking people are not too nice but then again some are. Seems to me there are about 6 billion people on the planet so there are about that many personalities too, as we are all unique. But to me a lady who can make me laugh is always the choice.

I know I haven't got good looks. I do have a good personality (I've been told I have a heart of gold by many close friends).
Unfortunately, from my experience, many women are won over by good looks and not a good heart. Nice guys finish last, most of the time. I've seen many a girl (even ones I was interested in) go for complete tossers because they were "cute".
I tend to be attracted to girls with great personlaities, even when they're not so physically attractive. I don't like stuck up bints who are attractive and know it as well.

I'd rather be known for a good personality-in my opinion,that is what makes someone attractive. So I guess you'd say I'm blessed with my personality-but then,I tend to spend time with the people that bring out the best in me-so THAT is my blessing.

I'm told I'm good looking but I'm a modest person so...
I have a good personality. I'm not a morning person but that doesn't count.
I try my best to make people laugh however the sorrowful sods in college with me are permanently in a rut.
In a guy I look for a good personality, has to have a great sense of humour and humanity but has to have some good looks to boot. Looks aren't everything though.

Being rather self concious myself, I'd say My Personality is my catch poinmt.. But I have been told I am good looking.. lol. So maybe I am blessed with both.. Who knows.. lol

I am somewhat ugly, although I do have nice teeth, and if I had any kind of a personality I would not be answering online questions like this at six in the morning.
