I have a son who disrespect me. He knows I have a very bad depression. He said that, this is the only way he could make me speak out. Sometimes I don't feel like talking, just to stop him from disrespecting me.

You have to earn his respect. Hmm, try this. Yu give him allowance, right? So, try letting hi pay for each meal onh his own, make him earn his own living. Then, he will probably know what things you have to do. That might just earn you his respect. Also, don't act as if you're depressed around him. Act as if you know everythign, you are superior, well, you are. Right?

Don't let your son disrespect you!!. You brought him into this world & you can take him out. Tell him that' After you smack him upside the head. If that doesn't do any good blister his butt with a belt. Some might not agree with me' boys can sometimes be hard to handle. Good luck.

Depending on how old your son is, there need to be consequences for his disrespectful behaviour towards you. Take away whatever means something to him (pocket money, play station, outings with friends, whatever) until he learns some manners.

you should be firm with youe child when they are talking back !
ask them to go to their room and think about what they did !
taking away previliges like time from tv etc when the situation is verry bad will also make them think twice before talking back .
you should contantly keep telling them that they should be poliet to elders and talking back is a bad habit !

smack him. shoot, if I ever talked back to my mom I got smacked. and if they want to call the police, let them know that no one else is going to take care of them or love them like you do

If he is young enough, i think you can simply spank him when he is disrespectful.
