I think it's overrated, just a legal document. The real deal is in your heart. Nothing else really matters. So my answer is, it doesn't really matter. Sure, for tax purposes I guess...

With other people? NO
On a swing? Never tried, but it looks like fun.
I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one that still has some morals. Whatever goes on between 2 consenting adults is OK, but I can't see getting others involved.

I'm not married yet... Hoping to be asked by my b/f soon, but I'm pregnant, so it won't be until after I have the baby...
"Swinging" as in swapping partners...? NO...! It just wouldn't feel right - too wierd... I haven't been with another partner in years, and I don't think I'd want to be - the thought of him doing it would drive me out of my mind too!!!
We're both pretty jealous people!

I am not married now, but I feel that you married that person and that you should be faithful to them. If you wanted to swing, you should never have gotten married in the first place.
No, I don't believe in committing Adultry, it is against the 10 commandments.
